01 / THE OPERATING MODEL
Capital from private participation is allocated across concerts, artist management and content IP. WAVIST connects IP sourcing, portfolio operations and performance management across all three areas.
Capital raised through minting & private participation
Produce & operate concerts and tours
Artist activity & management
Content production, distribution & licensing

Source and manage concerts, tours and live projects, with operating results from concert IP building the portfolio.
Extend the portfolio into artist management and IP businesses, connecting music, appearances, endorsements and fandom activity to build a longer-term revenue base.
Manage short-form drama, content production and the IP they create, building a content portfolio through distribution and licensing activity.
Conceptual operating model. Fund allocations, included IP and investor rights are subject to formal participation terms. This is not a representation of assets or revenue already secured.
02 / TOKEN LIFECYCLE
Before TGE, the focus is portfolio operations and reference-price formation. After TGE, the plan brings together circulation, supply management and IP alliance growth.
BUILD THE PORTFOLIO
US$100 is the planned initial mint reference per $WAVE. Capital is deployed into $CNCRT, $ARTIST and $CNTNT to expand real IP businesses and activity on WAVIST. The resulting operating performance and portfolio value inform mint reference updates and the valuation at TGE.
Per $WAVE · the private participation starting point
Operate $CNCRT, $ARTIST and $CNTNT to grow concert, artist and content activity
Reflect operating results and IP portfolio value in the valuation
Use the prevailing reference and supply policy for the initial listing design, rather than a fixed $100
The TGE reference is intended to reflect the business and portfolio at that point, rather than remain fixed at the initial price. The final reference and initial listing terms will be determined separately at that stage.
Value growth is a goal, not a guaranteed return or listing price. Valuation and update methods will be set out separately, and the reference can fall with performance. After listing, trading prices depend on market supply and demand and may differ from the TGE reference.
03 / THE ROAD AHEAD
The ambition is to connect top-tier concert and management partners with content production and distribution partners, expanding the managed IP portfolio and WAVIST’s operating-fee base together.
01 / FOUNDATION
Design participation terms and the initial operating base around a US$100 starting reference and a soft cap of US$100,000 or more.

Aim to reach TGE at a higher value than the initial $100 by building and evaluating business performance and the portfolio. Prepare the initial listing using the prevailing reference and supply policy; the final price will be determined separately.

Manage revenue-linked burns and supply for further listings while pursuing partnerships in top-tier concerts, artist management, content production and distribution.

Growth in concerts, artist businesses and content IP supports new projects. A broader operating base, in turn, supports more K-Culture. This is the long-term direction behind $WAVE.
04 / A CLOSER LOOK
Key questions about the model and the plan.
$WAVE is designed as a portfolio project connecting concerts, artist management and content IP. $CNCRT covers concerts, $ARTIST covers management, and $CNTNT covers short-form drama, content production, distribution and licensing. Holder rights and the treatment of revenue will be defined in separate participation documents; this page does not grant direct rights to individual IP or WAVIST’s fees.
US$100 is the planned initial mint reference per $WAVE. US$100,000 or more is the planned soft cap, or minimum initial fundraising target. Neither figure represents a live market price or funds already raised. The final soft cap, treatment if it is not reached, payment and settlement currency, and participation terms will be set out separately.
US$100 is the planned initial mint reference. The goal is to grow RWA businesses and activity on WAVIST, build a record of performance and reach TGE at a higher value. The TGE reference and initial listing terms will be determined separately using the portfolio valuation and supply policy at that time; they are not fixed at the initial $100. Appreciation is not guaranteed, valuations can fall, and market trading prices after listing may differ from the TGE reference.
Revenue-linked burns are intended to reduce supply, while supply for additional listings and IP expansion serves ecosystem growth. These are distinct flows and do not mean that total supply will always fall. Issuance, circulation limits, burn rules and additional supply schedules are intended to be disclosed before implementation.
