Introducing $WAVE — One Position, Every Side of K-Culture
Through $WAVE, Wavist works with the many parties behind K-content and opens the door for investors to take part in it.

For the past year, Wavist has been proving one thing at a time: that the businesses behind K-content — concerts, artists, and stories — can be structured, tokenized, and settled with the same discipline as any traditional asset. $CNCRT brought concert IP to investors. $CNTNT opened content production. $ARTIST is next.
Today we are introducing the layer that ties it together: $WAVE, the platform-level position on Wavist.
What $WAVE is
Wavist works with the many parties that make K-content happen — producers, promoters, labels, and IP holders. Each product fund gives investors a way to take part in one side of that industry. $WAVE sits above them: one position with indirect exposure to every product on the platform. If the products are the doors, $WAVE is the building.
Why now
Because the groundwork is real. The group behind Wavist has delivered 120+ K-Culture projects since 2009 — concerts, music publishing, merchandise, brand experiences. Settlement records live on-chain. Offering documents, investor verification, and jurisdiction rules come first, marketing second. That is what we mean by culture finance: giving culture the financial rails it never had.
Who it is for
Wavist products are offered outside the United States in reliance on Regulation S, to verified eligible investors. Eligibility is confirmed during verification, before offering documents are shared.
